    Why is Analytix Solutions a better option than my current method of accounting / bookkeeping?

    We have the capability to manage all of your accounting and bookkeeping. You can decide whether to use our services for part or all of your accounting and bookkeeping needs. You can retain your existing staff and hire us to assist with areas in which you require additional expertise or bandwidth.

    Will you replace my current CPA?

    Regardless of any accounting and bookkeeping functions you outsource to us, we will not completely replace your current CPA. However, we can deal directly with him/her and make their work easier. All your documents will be updated and in a format that your CPA will understand easily, which reduces your billable CPA hours.

    Will you directly work with my CPA?

    Yes, we can work directly with your current CPA.

    What type of training do you provide to me and my staff?

    We provide online or in-person training to you and your staff for all the software required for your project, enabling you to easily send us your financial documents.

    How qualified and trained is your staff?

    Analytix has a team of IT professionals with a level of expertise not normally found in small businesses. We hire only qualified and experienced IT engineers and Web developers to work on your projects.

    Would you train my staff?

    Yes. We provide online or in-person training to your staff for all the software and intranet projects, which will enable you to utilize your system more efficiently.

    Will you replace my current IT staff?

    We have the capability to take care of complete or partial IT requirements. If you have an in-house IT staff, we can work in conjunction with them to ensure a smooth work process. We can either work on your complete software development or partial modules or web pages as required by you.

    How scalable are your services?

    We have a flexible work process and policy. You can always modify the scale of your IT project requirements depending upon your changing needs including projects ranging from intranet development, new software installations, and web page enhancements to an entire site revamp. If your in-house IT team is overloaded and requires some additional support for a brief period or faces an unexpected staff shortage, you can always look towards Analytix for immediate assistance.

    What is the cost of hiring you? How do you calculate the rates?

    The cost of hiring us depends on your project size and requirements. Once you have expressed interest in hiring us, our Sales Rep will work through the project details and respond to you with a quote.

    How can you afford low rates?

    We have invested heavily in developing a technology which provides quick turnarounds. This technology, in conjunction with our experienced and qualified staff, allows us to reduce our overhead and reduce our cost. We then pass along this cost reduction to you.

    How do I send you the project brief?

    As a starting point, we request your detailed brief via email. After reviewing your brief, our IT team will assess your project and contact you to schedule a web conference. We will develop a series of questions to review with you which will assist us in further understanding your project’s requirements and needs.

    What about the security of my data?

    Analytix has a stringent policy to ensure privacy and confidentiality of data. Strong physical as well as network and electronic security measures ensure that there are no compromises with your confidential data.

    Do you perform any work for my company outside of my offices?

    Physically, yes, as we are based outside of your office. Virtually, we have two options available for you:
    1. We work on your servers through your secure login access, ensuring that the data never leaves your company premises
    2. We can work on our US based secure servers based and provide you with access to the data via the internet. We have strict data security and client confidentiality policies to ensure that your data is never compromised.

    Can I have more than one contact person?

    To avoid confusion in communication, we prefer to deal with a single representative from your side. On our end as well, we designate a single Account Manager to oversee your project.

    After signing up, what kind of support will be available to me and who will service my business?

    We are deeply committed to client satisfaction and guarantee responsiveness and a solutions-oriented approach that will exceed your expectations. On signing an agreement with Analytix, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will be able to answer all your questions. You will receive telephone, email and chat based assistance. If required, your Account Manager would be glad to visit you personally.

    How can I make payments?

    What recourse will I have if I am unsatisfied with your services?

    How much do you charge for Website Design?

    What do you do in SEO?

    Organic SEO involves developing, customizing or retooling your website to elevate it closer to the top ranking on major search engines for preferred keywords. It requires applying a combination of techniques, tools and technical know-how to bring about an improvement in search results.

    What types of SEO are there?

    Organic SEO can be categorized as either White Hat SEO or Black Hat SEO. Analytix utilizes only White Hat SEO practices. As the name suggests, White Hat SEO uses accepted and accredited industry practices to drive results. White Hat practices take longer to demonstrate results, but they are sustained for a longer time on major search engines. Black Hat SEO practices are more about implementing shortcuts and loopholes to drive results in a very short time period. The search results could substantially plunge the moment you cease Black Hat SEO. It could also prove to be a more substantial mistake if the Black Hat practices are trapped by search engine robots or crawlers. These robots and crawlers could delist the website from their search engines and even ban the site entirely. Analytix does not recommend Black Hat practices in any case. If you are looking for a short period campaign, we would recommend a Pay Per Click program.

    What results can SEO drive for me?

    Organic SEO is about using industry accepted and accredited practices to drive results. Such practices follow a methodical procedure and require patience. The average time for SEO to generate results is 3 months for an existing site with a few years of virtual existence and 6 months for a newly built site with no prior virtual existence. While it takes several months to increase results, our SEO team needs to constantly stay abreast of the changes happening with the site’s search rankings and accordingly alter existing practices or devise new ones. Although the results take a few months to deliver, once your site’s ranking rises it is sustained for a longer time period on major search engines.

    How much do you charge for SEO?

    What results can Pay Per Click generate for me?

    Pay Per Click (PPC) is a non-organic and faster route to gain an equivalent position to the top ranking sites on major search engines. Your campaign starts running the moment you activate it, and you can obtain results immediately. Your PPC campaign will appear as advertisements located next to search engine results of selected keywords. You pay the bid amount per click only if visitors click on your ads. The amount you pay per click is determined by you before the PPC campaign begins. The results from Pay Per Click are subjective, as you would require superior content and features on your web site pages to drive leads and convert them to final sales. You can track the visitor-to-lead conversion ratio results extensively through Google’s proprietary online software. The Analytix team works for you to select high-volume keywords, to establish the campaign, make the bid and track the results daily. We work diligently to reduce per click bidding charges and thereby improve your campaign ROI.

    What details do I need to send to you for a consultation on e-collateral development?

    We provide you with standardized reports, which are delivered monthly, quarterly or annually depending on your needs. In addition, we can also provide you with any customized reports that your business requires.

    Instead of outsourcing all of my company’s accounting and bookkeeping activities, is there an option to provide assistance in a specific area like financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, etc.?

    Our accounting and bookkeeping solutions are completely scalable, so you can select the services you require and increase or decrease your requirements at any time. If your business requires assistance in a particular area like cash flow analysis or financial statements, we can customize our services accordingly.

    What software programs do you work with? Can you work with my existing system?

    We work with all the popular accounting software programs such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, MYOB, Great Plains, Intacct and ERP Systems. We can also work on any customized software or develop one which will be an exact fit to your accounting needs.

    Who has access to my company’s financial information?

    Your financials are stored in our client portal, which you can access 24/7 through a unique login ID and password we assign. You can share the login details with your employees as required. Only users who know the login ID and password can access your data.

    Who owns my data?

    You remain the sole owner of all your data, even if you terminate our services.

    Am I still in charge of my company’s financial decisions?

    Absolutely! You will be at the helm of all your financial decisions at all times.

    How do I transfer data or information to you?

    You can send us your company’s documents by logging on to our secure client portal. You can also send us files via mail, fax, scan or email.

    How do I know Analytix received my documents?

    We send you an acknowledgement of receipt each and every time you send us documents, so you will know as soon as we receive them.

    Do I need to save a document after I send it to Analytix?

    Our electronic document management facility converts all your documents in an easily retrievable electronic format, so that you don’t need to maintain separate records after you send us your documents.

    Is my data secure?

    Analytix has a unique proprietary system called ‘AuthentiConnect’ that restricts access to authorized users only. This system ensures data encryption of all communication between you and our data servers as well as restriction of our staff’s access through the use of a unique login ID and password. Clients can also restrict access of their accounting information by employee’s work profile to avoid complete disclosure of their financial information.

    If I want to add/remove a user what should I do?

    Adding or removing user involves subscription services of QuickBooks. You will need to contact your Account Manager to perform this function.

    How do I access the Document Library?

    You can access the Document Library by visiting the Analytix client portal at , and entering your unique login ID and password.

    Can I allow my staff limited access to the Document Library?

    This feature is currently not available. We are working to make it available soon.

    What recourse will I have if I am unsatisfied with your services?

    You can cancel our services by providing the cause for termination in writing (email, fax or in person). This shall be followed by a one-month cure period after which you can cancel our service. Your pending fees must be settled before cancellation of our services.

    What happens to my data if I decide to terminate services?

    Your data will be absolutely safe with us. Upon termination of services, we will relinquish your QuickBooks files to you along with all the files you provided to us during the contract period. It is your responsibility to search for a new accounting application such as QuickBooks to replace the Analytix application.
